David L. Carden is a neutral with Signature Resolution who served as the first resident U.S. Ambassador to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Ambassador Carden's legal practice has encompassed a broad range of financial instruments and products, including equities, derivatives, collateralized debt obligations, credit default swaps, currencies, commodities, options, and direct investments.
