Aims for the right side

Founder of Mesriani Law Group employment firm likes confronting bullies.

Longtime Los Angeles litigator Rodney Mesriani said he fled from his home in Iran when he was 14, escaping over the mountains during the early 1980s into Pakistan, where he spent three months as a political and religious refugee.

"My dad was in prison in Iran for 2 1/2 years and he was tortured just because he was Jewish," Mesriani explained. "There really was no legal system. ... He had no hearing to see what the charges were.... (continued)
