You know the story about the patient relating a terrible nightmare he had the previous night. "Doctor, it was horrendous. I dreamed you were my mother." The doctor replied that indeed it was a disturbing dream. "What did you do after you awoke from the dream?" she asked. "I woke in a cold sweat, took a shower and had breakfast." "What did you have for breakfast?" asked the psychiatrist. "Coffee and a piece of toast." "You call that a breakfast?"
