L.A. Firm Will Merge With French Group
LOS ANGELES - Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker has agreed in principle to merge with Paris' Moquet Borde, Greg Nitzkowski, managing partner of the Los Angeles-based firm, said Thursday.
