During last week's presidential debate, one of the more memorable exchanges surrounded the first bill that President Barack Obama signed into law - the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.

During last Tuesday night's presidential debate, one of the more memorable exchanges surrounded the first bill that President Barack Obama signed into law - the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009 - which overruled the Supreme Court's decision in Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, 550 U.S. 618 (2007). That decision threw out a discriminatory pay claims on statute of limitation grounds.
