The coming of age of wage and hour class actions can be traced to the early to mid 1990s. Its obituary, while not yet written, appears to be something many practitioners have pondered. While I think it is safe to say that wage and hour cases will never truly disappear, the real question is whether the golden age of the past decade is likely to continue.
