Supreme Court Won't Review Worker Firing

SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court has declined to take up the case of a man whose firing from a South Bay film-recycling business raised questions about state labor law's ability to protect workers who complain to their superiors about environmental wrongdoing.
