Supreme Court can't just invent new rights
A recent guest column suggested that President-elect Donald Trump is going to take our First Amendment freedoms from us. That concern it seems is based upon Trump's tweet to the effect that burning our flag should be punishable.

A recent guest column by Eric Kingsley suggested that President-elect Donald Trump is going to take our First Amendment freedoms from us. [First Amendment in Trump's Cross-hairs, December 1].
