Palo Alto's Tomlinson Zisko Morosoli & Maser recently recruited Alisha K. Hiner as an associate to its corporate practice group. Hiner joins the firm from Potter Anderson & Corroon of Wilmington, Del. There, she worked on mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial real property leases and contracts on behalf of private and public companies in the utilities, life sciences and municipal services industries.
