Judge Upholds Parts of Political Reform Act

SACRAMENTO - A federal judge Tuesday upheld the constitutionality of portions of the state's Political Reform Act and dismissed most of a right-to-life group's complaint challenging regulations requiring the disclosure of campaign contributors' names.
