Thierbach Elevated to PJ for Riverside County

A former Riverside County prosecutor will take over as presiding judge of the county's courts in January. His peers elected Riverside County Superior Court Judge Christian Thierbach to the two-year post during a weekend meeting. Thierbach, who is assistant presiding judge, will replace Presiding Judge Robert Taylor on Jan. 1.
