Probe Targets Director Of Child-Welfare Agency

Attorney and former Florida child welfare official Anita Bock, hired by Los Angeles County less than a year ago to revive the tarnished reputation of the Department of Children and Family Services following the resignation of its previous director, is now herself the subject of an internal investigation ordered by the Board of Supervisors.
