Quinn Emanuel: CITY BY THE BAY DRAWS OFF MOST OF PALO ALTO OFFICE
In another northward spurt, Los Angeles' Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges sent 14 of its Palo Alto lawyers up to a new San Francisco office on Oct. 2.
