Dearman Gets Probate Job

SAN FRANCISCO - Judge John Dearman has been tapped as the new presiding judge of San Francisco's probate court. Dearman said incoming Presiding Judge Ronald Quidachay told him about his new assignment last week. The appointment will fill the vacancy left by Judge Laurence Kay, who was elevated two weeks ago to the 1st District Court of Appeal.
