I had to laugh when I opened my current issue of The Week and saw the Ziglar v. Turkmen case discussed under the headline "Boring but important." I posted it in my office as a humorous reminder that even journalists who find the Supreme Court's upcoming Ziglar case a bit dry concede its significance. If the sued officials do not prevail, the repercussions for federal policymaking will be profound.
