Santa Monica Faces Contempt Over ATM Fees

Two California banks are hauling the city of Santa Monica back into federal court this week to face contempt of court proceedings for allegedly flouting a federal judge's order that the city suspend its ordinance prohibiting bank ATM fees to noncustomers.
