ACLU Adds 28 Schools to Lawsuit

The American Civil Liberties Union on Tuesday filed an amended complaint saying it has found even more public schools throughout California without trained teachers, without the required number of textbooks, without functioning heating or air conditioning systems, with insufficient number of functioning toilets and with vermin infestations of rats, mice and cockroaches.
