U.S. Court Exec Predicts Congress May OK New Judges in West
SUN VALLEY, Idaho - The federal courts in general, and California district courts in particular, may have their best chance in years of expanding their roster of judges, the director of the federal court's administrative arm told the 9th Circuit Judicial Council on Monday.
