O'Melveny Managing Partner Will Become Vice President at Univision

Douglas Kranwinkle, the managing partner of Los Angeles-based O'Melveny & Myers since 1996, will become the executive vice president of Los Angeles-based Univision Communications, the Spanish-language broadcaster which has become the fifth-most-watched television network in the nation, sources said late Friday.
