Santa Clara County Says Suit Chills Officials' Free Speech

SAN JOSE - In his first response to a lawsuit accusing Santa Clara County District Attorney George Kennedy of invasion of privacy for disclosing a man's juvenile criminal record, a county attorney is asking that the claim be dismissed because it would chill the free speech rights of public officials.
