Appellate Court Rules Against L.A. Officers

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a $175,000 judgment against the city of Los Angeles Thursday, ruling two white male police officers cannot sue for retaliation after being transferred for complaining about their black female supervisor.
