For Lawyers, the Supreme Election Issue Is Who's on the Bench

The California delegates to the Democratic National Convention made tons of scrambled eggs and French toast disappear each morning in the San Diego Room at downtown's Westin Bonaventure hotel this week. Hundreds of gallons of orange juice, too. Thursday morning, Sens. Barbara Boxer and Ted Kennedy and director-producer Rob Reiner came to whip up some breakfast-time enthusiasm among about 500 Democrats hungry for a November win.
