Homeless Finally March to Shimmering Political El Dorado

On Tuesday night, a small, somewhat forlorn group assembled at the Dome Village for homeless people in downtown Los Angeles. By my count, fewer than 50 people gathered under an open-sided white tent to sing and pray before hoisting signs, flags, banners and candles for a march to the nearby Democratic National Convention at the Staples Center.
