Judge grants permanent injunction against long-term fake Versace brand

Before coming to the United States in 2014, the Versace 19.69 brand was dodging trademark infringement claims throughout Europe.

A federal judge granted summary judgment Tuesday in favor of renowned fashion brand Gianni Versace S.P.A. and Versace USA Inc. against a company also with Versace in the name on all claims of trademark infringement and unfair competition.
