Plaintiff agrees to accept $78M in Monsanto case, while attorneys prepare for appeal
A groundskeeper who alleged Bayer AG’s Monsanto Roundup weedkiller was responsible for his non-Hodgkin lymphoma agreed to a reduced award of $78 million but legal experts say they see multiple areas where the pharmaceutical giant might successfully appeal.
