Not only do lawsuits against clients for the recovery of unpaid fees require the attorney’s time and expense, but they can often prompt the client to bring a responsive claim for legal malpractice.

Not only do lawsuits against clients for the recovery of unpaid fees require the attorney's time and expense, but they can often prompt the client to bring a responsive claim for legal malpractice.
