Avenatti continues to dodge negotiations on $10 million judgment, ex-partner says
The attorney and possible presidential candidate is expected in federal court Wednesday for a hearing on a motion for a protective order.

The former partner owed $15 million by Michael Avenatti and his law firm said this week the celebrity attorney hasn't negotiated regarding the release of his long-awaited financial records, despite a judge's request he do so prior to a hearing scheduled today in Orange County.
