Judge Kuhl assigned to Porter Ranch cases

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carolyn Kuhl was assigned to preside over the Porter Ranch gas leak litigation Monday after the defense removed the previous judge from the case on a 170.6 peremptory challenge.
