Apple says ‘witness tampering,’ Qualcomm demands apology, maybe sanctions

After Apple’s lead counsel accused Qualcomm of witness tampering in a patent infringement case, saying she feared her star witness would not testify, Qualcomm’s attorneys responded with a demand she apologize to the jury and reserved their right to seek sanctions.
