Agency in charge of Proposition 65 has lost its way
The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) is the scientific agency that is responsible for administering the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, aka Prop 65. However, over the few past decades, OEHHA has abandoned its duty to protect public health and now only serves to protect industrial interests.
