Metzger Law Group
Metzger filed the first lawsuit in California against manufacturers and distributors of engineered stone for causing silicosis in immigrant workers. His firm now represents about 200 immigrant workers who suffer from this deadly disease. Medi-Cal provides medical care for many of these workers and is being reimbursed from recoveries that the firm obtains for these workers.
