What will civil jury trials look like?

On Oct. 5, the Los Angeles County Superior Court will resume jury trials in some civil matters.

For several years, I had the privilege and pleasure of teaching trial advocacy at Loyola Law School with now-deceased U.S. District Judge Beverly Reid O’Connell.
