Girardi and counsel no show at bankruptcy hearing
Russell issued an order late Tuesday afternoon authorizing the move, and said at the hearing he hoped the U.S. Trustee would appoint two interim trustees, one for each of the involuntary bankruptcy petitions Girardi's creditors filed against him and his firm.
