Girardi’s brother objects to trustee’s eviction motion

Trustee Jason M. Rund was blocked from the property on Jan. 25, prompting his motion earlier this month to remove Thomas Girardi from his home.

An attorney representing plaintiffs' lawyer Thomas V. Girardi's brother objected to a motion by a bankruptcy trustee to remove the attorney from his Pasadena home so it can be sold.

Instead, Robert Girardi made a peace offering to Trustee Jason M. Rund's attorneys, offering to ensure his real estate broker can gain access to the property to inspect it.
