Tom Girardi agrees to move out of his home

Bankruptcy trustee negotiated a deal to sell the property.

Thomas W. Girardi, the prominent plaintiffs' attorney whose wildly successful career has been engulfed by scandal, will move out of his Pasadena home as part of Chapter 7 bankruptcy, according to an agreement Friday between his brother and the trustee.
