Monterey attorney gets 2 years in prison for loan fraud

John Arthur Hudson will start serving his prison term on Sept. 13 and was also ordered to pay $828,521.52 in restitution.

A suspended Monterey attorney who obtained over $693,000 from a loan fraud scheme has been sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay restitution of some $130,000 more than he gained.
