Judge slaps Erika Girardi's new attempt to get trustee's investigator out

"I find the motion totally without merit," U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Barry Russell wrote in an order denying Erika Girardi's motion for reconsideration of an order making Ronald Richards the Chapter Seven trustee's investigator.

A judge had harsh words for Erika "Jayne" Girardi on Wednesday as he denied her attempt to remove special litigation counsel and frequent tweeter Ronald Richards from the bankruptcy proceedings of Thomas V. Girardi and his defunct firm Girardi Keese.
