It might be turtles all the way down for AI and the law
There is a notably fabled expression that touts the idea that it is turtles all the way down. This is a catchy reference to a form of infinite regress. Lawyers can use the somewhat controversial saying to bolster their own legal posture or use it to undermine an opposing counsel. The saying is also gradually and inexorably finding its way into the emerging field of AI and the law too.
