'My Cousin Vinny' in Arbitration? (Part I: pre-hearing)
As we all know, the enduring appeal of watching Vinny trying to navigate his way around a courtroom in a murder trial is the highly entertaining way in which he demonstrates — and fails to demonstrate — some of the basic skills to becoming a good trial lawyer.
