Suit says Instagram, Facebook stole ‘tagging’ invention

Angel Technologies Group LLC, represented by McKool Smith Hennigan PC, asserting four patents related to the tagging feature were infringed.

A tech company accused Instagram and its parent company, Facebook, of infringing on a 'tagging' feature that allows users to attach names to digital photos.
