Judge denies compensation for intervenor in $1.3M settlement of mislabeling case
Alameda County Superior Court Judge Brad Seligman denied the objection, approving the settlement with 31.6% to plaintiffs’ counsel, Ronald A. Marron of San Diego, and none to the objectors.




Intervenors objected to a $1.3 million class action settlement over a claim of false labeling of Windex products, saying the amount was too low, they had spent $100,000 and 1,000 hours on the case and sought compensation for fees and costs.
