Judge Andrew D. Hurwitz of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals announced he will take senior status, giving President Joe Biden another opportunity to add a judge to the bench.
Hurwitz, 74, is an appointee of President Barack Obama and holds an Arizona seat on the court.
