Panel mulls Lanham Act suit against anti-malware maker

This is the second appeal by Enigma Software Group USA LLC of a dismissal of its lawsuit against Malwarebytes, competitors in anti-malware software. Enigma Software Group USA LLC v. Malwarebytes Inc.
