CEO of blockchain platform accused of sex harassment
Plaintiff Vanessa Luna alleged GreenBox’s founder and CEO Fredi Nisan “used contract negotiations with Ms. Luna to coerce her into an ongoing, unwanted sexual relationship, which he only achieved by lying to her and falsely promising to use his authority as the CEO to get her a substantial signing bonus.”




The former chief operating officer of the blockchain based payment platform GreenBox sued the company, one of its subsidiaries and its founder and chief executive officer alleging sexual harassment and retaliation.
