7 ABA-approved law schools in California below overall pass rate of 66.8%
Tied for the best performance by graduate first-time exam takers in July were UC Berkeley School of Law and UCLA School of Law at 92%. In second place were USC Gould School of Law and UC Irvine School of Law at 88%.




Graduates of seven of California’s ABA-approved law schools who took the bar exam for the first time in July achieved a lower pass rate than the overall passing percentage of 66.8%, according to finalized State Bar statistics reported Tuesday.
