Former Sacramento County DA joins DNA company

A DNA identification company announced Wednesday it had hired former Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert one day after her deputy, Thien Ho, was sworn in as her successor.
As strategic adviser of governmental affairs with San Diego based Verogen Inc., Schubert said she will be involved in education and advocacy, but will not register as a lobbyist. She said in a phone interview Wednesday she plans to stay in Sacramento....
