Founder of intellectual property law firm fostered a culture of excellence and respect
Louis J. Knobbe, an electrical engineer at Bell Labs who founded Knobbe Martens, Olson & Bear LLP, the Irvine-based intellectual property powerhouse firm, died Jan. 2. He was 90.
