Judge agrees to consolidate cases from Mosquito wildfire

Attorneys for PG&E did not oppose the consolidation but continued to deny that the company’s equipment sparked the fire.

A San Francisco judge on Wednesday granted the request of 141 plaintiffs suing Pacific Gas & Electric Inc. for allegedly causing the 2022 Mosquito Fire to combine the seven separate lawsuits into a coordinated proceeding.
