Allocations in mass torts: a client-centered approach
When a global settlement of a case involving multiple plaintiffs results in an undifferentiated pot of money, lawyers should consider using an experienced neutral to allocate the funds to the individual plaintiffs in a fair, adequate and reasonable manner.
