‘Undisputed evidence’ belies bias claims, McDonald’s says

Byron Allen and his companies “now stake their case on a ‘core theory’ that cynically misrepresents” the defendant’s affiliation with a Black-owned advertising agency in Chicago, Amy C. Andrews wrote in McDonald’s motion for summary judgment.

Attorneys defending McDonald’s Corp. against a $10 billion racial discrimination lawsuit told a federal judge that the plaintiffs have “undisputed evidence” disproving their claims that the fast food giant gives significantly less advertising business to Black-owned agencies.
